The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has directed all 2025 UTME candidates to re-upload their WAEC SSCE results on the JAMB portal for admission processing. The move follows the release and subsequent correction of the 2025 WASSCE results by WAEC.
Why the Re-Upload?
- JAMB cleared previously uploaded O’Level results to ensure that only final, corrected WAEC results are used for admissions.
- Many candidates had uploaded provisional or pre-release results; these must now be replaced with the final version.
Portal Suspension & Reactivation
- The JAMB result-upload service was temporarily suspended around mid-August due to technical issues after WAEC’s correction.
- The portal has been reactivated (late August), and candidates can proceed to re-upload without delay.
What Candidates Must Do
- Visit an accredited JAMB CBT centre (uploads are done there, not from home).
- Go with your final WAEC SSCE result (result checker details/e-PIN as required by the centre).
- Ask the operator to upload/replace your O’Level on your JAMB profile.
- Confirm the upload was successful (request a printout or screenshot of your updated profile).
Important Notes
- All candidates who uploaded earlier must re-upload, even if their grades didn’t change.
- Failure to re-upload may exclude you from admission consideration on JAMB CAPS.
- Keep checking CAPS (Admission Status) after re-upload to track offers from institutions.
