This is to inform all UTME candidates who applied for admission into First Degree Programmes of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike and scored 180 and above that the Post-UTME Screening Exercise for the 2013/2014 admission into the University will hold at the University Campus on Thursday 18th, Friday 19th and Saturday 20th July, 2013.

Eligibility:
All candidates who scored 180 and above and made Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike first or second choice are eligible.
Requirements:
Beginning from Wednesday 3rd July 2013 candidates are required to register online for the screening exercise by logging on the University website at www.mouau.edu.ng. To register, candidates must proceed as follows:
- Get to any of the under listed banks in Umuahia, Umudike, Aba & Owerri to pay the sum of two thousand naira (N2,000) only being processing fee and obtain a scratch card.
- Eco Bank International Plc.
- Access Bank Plc.
- Fidelity Bank Plc.
- First Bank Plc.
2. Log on to the University website at www.mouau.edu.ng and follow the link for 2013 Post-UTME registration or click HERE!
3. Proceed to complete the form, including uploading your passport photograph and print out the completed form.
4. Registration closes on Friday 12th July, 2013.
Candidates for morning session should report at 7:30am while those for afternoon session should report at 12 noon on each day of the exercise with the following:
i. Printout of the completed online registration form.
ii. A copy of the passport size photograph uploaded with candidate’s full name and JAMB Registration number written at the back.
iii. Printout of the JAMB Result.
iv. Writing Materials (e.g. Pen, HB Pencil, Eraser,).
ii. A copy of the passport size photograph uploaded with candidate’s full name and JAMB Registration number written at the back.
iii. Printout of the JAMB Result.
iv. Writing Materials (e.g. Pen, HB Pencil, Eraser,).
Information on venues for each programme
or the respective Colleges and other related issues concerning the
exercise would be available on the University website and would also be
widely circulated on campus.
Candidates should note that the use of handsets, scientific calculators and other electronic devices will not be allowed during the screening exercise. Candidates should also note that incorrect on-line registration will not be captured in our data base.
Results of the screening exercise could be accessed at the University Website (www.mouau.edu.ng) from Saturday 20th July, 2013.

Tips for successful Post – UTME 2013 Online Registration
To ensure successful Post – UTME 2013 Online Registration read and understand the following tips;
- If you are in any doubt at all during your registration, see the WebMaster at the ICT Directorate on campus.
- Beware of the following common mistakes;
- JAMB Registration Number: Your JAMB registration number should be capitalized, i.e. the alphabets should be in capital letters.
- Passport Photo: Ensure that the photo you wish to use is clear. Avoid photos with dark backgrounds. The recommended size of your photo should not exceed 15 kilobytes and should be of the JPEG picture format. If your passport is not clear or properly uploaded your registration may be rejected or treated as fraud.
- JAMB Score: Note that candidates who scored below 180 are NOT eligible to sit for the screening exercise.
- Phone: Ensure to use a functional mobile number and should you receive an alert in respect of your application respond IMMEDIATELY.
- Choice of Universities: Ensure you correctly enter the preferred Universities as chosen in your JAMB UTME/Change of University/Course form.
- Target Course of Study: Choose your desired course of study at MOUAU as filled in your JAMB UTME/Change of University Form.
- Be sure that the cyber center you wish to use for the online registration has a good and stable Internet network, otherwise this could affect the submission of your application to the web server and create unnecessary issues for you. If you are in any doubt enquire from the WebMaster at the ICT Directorate on campus.
- Review your form and ensure that there are no errors before and after you have submitted to the web server.
- Report and resolve any issues relating to your registration with the WebMaster before close of work on Friday, 12th July, 2013.
- Candidates have been warned NOT to purchase any scratch card outside the designated banks in the official advert. Beware!!!
