Have you lost your ETISALT Sim card or it got damaged or broken and you want to do welcome-back or Swap online, below i will provide you the link you are going to use to get your problem solved.
But before you can do this, you are expected to at least answer 2 (two) questions out of three questions provided in order to get the job done this is to verify if you are actually the owner of the Sim card.
These are the questions:
1. The phone number of the stolen/lost/damaged line.
2. How much credit you loaded last.
3. Three (3) GMS numbers you frequently dial with the lost/damaged/stolen line.
Furthermore you have to purchase new ETISALAT SIM CARD.
If you can successfully answer the questions i stated above and the ones i didn't add which they will ask correctly as well purchase new Sim card , know it that you will still recover your old number again.
