The intention of posting this post is to inform you that MTN has changed their old method of welcoming lost, damaged or stolen sim-card back to normal and as well to stipulate the new process or method to swap your lost, damaged or stolen sim-card.

Formally when you lost your Sim-card or it got damaged or stolen and you want to retrieve it or welcome it back, you are expected to buy a new Sim-card to do your job.But now, if your sim-card has been stolen, lost or damaged and you want to do Sim swap, all you have to do is go to any MTN shop center and buy the new welcome back simcard 'MTN WELCOME BACK SIM' after your purchase, your are expected to provide the following information below very correctly and see your damaged, stole or lost Sim-card working as usual.

After you must have gotten or purchased the MTN welcome back sim and also gathered the information required of you, what are you waiting for?

If you find it difficult to do it yourself online you can go to any MTN shop nearest to you to do so.

  2. After the opening of the page, if a form is given to you to fill, go ahead in filling the required data after that you click on submit down the page. Then wait for 24hrs for the job to be done.

  5. If you saw "You are not authorized to access this page", it means that the link is still active rather no body is allow to preview the form for now. It it either they are working on that particular section or they dont want online sim swap. Be that as it may, keep on clicking on the link to know when the barrer has been removed.

Good evening sir / ma the reason of comments is that I want to appeal with my problem ,my problem is that my phone is lose last months I would be able to update my sim card for now due to the reason because I went to the nearby center to retrieve back my number and there were sim backup for now pls retain my number for me is 08162122349 thank I will be Glad
