Just what you have to do is to send the name of your phone and the number to me also and the problem(s) you are having.May be you have one other phone that needed to be configured but to do so is the problem just do what I have instructed or directed you to do.Within 24hours you will receive a help message ok.

- check homepage
- It take time for you phone to be connected to the internet.
- when you encounter any of the stipulated problems above, it may be that your access point name is not properly set in order, or you do not have GPRS nertwork on your phone, or the phone has not been configured properly,or that particularly website you wanted to visit that immediate time is not reachable,or may be you do not have airtime in your phone.
